Here is a listing of races that will feature Craft Beer in the next few weeks that we think you should run:
This race is sponsored by the November Project and will be ran in Boston, Madison WI, and San Francisco all at the same time tomorrow . The other unique aspect of this race is that it is free but you must wear #Grassrootsgear. The Boston Race will have an after-party sponsored by Harpoon (Newsflash, Boston just sold out. Probably because the Harpoon was that good). I haven’t heard on Madison and San Francisco but I can hope that they are bellying up to the bar to order New Galrus, Lakefront, and MKE in Madison and in San Fran one can hope that Pliny the Elder is will be the post race refreshment. #Earnyourbeer
This is a flat and scenic 5k course that starts in Herter Park in Cambridge Ma and wraps around the Charles River. Once again if the heat humidity of the Summer doesn’t get you then you might just PR. There is a womans 5k starting at 6:30 pm and a co-ed 5k starting once the womans race has ended. Also the post race party is sponsored by Mayflower Brewery!
Forge Racing is putting on the Furtive 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon in Lafayette La which will feature some trails and some local craft beer. Not only that but there will also be some really awesome homebrewed beers there as well! Race sign up is at imAthlete.com.
The Somerville Road Runners are presenting our newest event, the first annual Race to the Row 5K in Assembly Square in our hometown of Somerville, MA. Post-race beer garden featuring Harpoon beer!
This is all that I have at the moment but if there are any other races that you think I should let everyone know about feel free to email me at email@example.com! Cheers!
